Background
The annual incentive trip for the employees of Acos AS in Norway took place in Stockholm.
Mission
They needed help organizing their entire stay which would include approximately a hundred people, arriving lunch time on a friday afternoon and staying the weekend. This schedule included air shuttle, accommodation, transfers, food arrangements, and a choice of activity in different categories, with a guide at all transfers and planned events. A priority was accommodations in the city centre, which would make it easy for the guests to go out by themselves. The focus for us was to make their stay in Stockholm a pleasurable one.
Solution
We met the guests at the airport with three buses, each having one guide giving out named envelopes containing their key to the hotel room, general info, map over the city, a schedule for the weekend and a charged local bus pass. The guests began their visit in Stockholm with lunch and enjoyed a teambuilding activity in the old town. Later the transfer took them to the hotel and guests had some free time before the evening arrangements. A guide took them to the most beautiful green parts of Djurgården, which is a very beautiful area in Stockholm. That evening they got to enjoy a simple mingle followed by a BBQ dinner at a chartered restaurant. The menu for the night was presented by a very talented chef who has a passion for culinary arts and the Swedish food history. They had saturday for themselves where they had the opportunity to use their bus passes to explore the city. In the evening the guide took them to an arranged fine dining restaurant in central city with entrées for the nightclub, and transfer back to the hotel for the late night guests. Sunday was a day full of activities, for which the guests had registered their choice before arrival. We had guides in the lobby showing the way and helping our guest with any issues or questions they may have. Some lunch bags were prepared for the early airport shuttles and our guides took farewell at the airport.
