Background
A group from South Africa wanted to see something new. Arrangers pitched a couple of days in Stockholm and Åre filled with culture, history, party and wow-experiences.
Mission
The mission for us was to create a nice game plan that the whole group would appriciate. We wanted to show the client typical Swedish things to see and do both in the capital and also in a winter dressed northern town/village. As always the tricky part is to be cost and time effektive.
Solution
We accommodate the group in suites at Grand hotel, with sea view of course! From the hotel we sent them out on excursions such as swedish liquor tasting, a boat trip in the archipelagos and a ice dinner. The dinners were held at nice restaurants and of course they had to try the swedish night life. After a great ice dinner served on ice blocks they got on a train to Åre where they stayed at Copperhills beautiful suites. The coming days the client went on a snow mobile trip in the mountains including a swedish fika and a great winter dinner. The big day for the group was ”The Porsche day”. A day in a Porsche on the ice with full throttle. A memorable day for sure! I think there was alot of sleeping smiling faces at the plane back to South Africa.
