Background

We were contacted by a full-service incentive and event company located in Vienna. They were planning an incentive trip for one of their longtime clients. This time the destination was Stockholm and the idea and program were designed together with the client. Local knowledge and support were needed.

Mission

The mission was to together organize a five-day program in Stockholm for 55 incentive experienced participants. The theme was made by the client and was followed throughout the program.

Solution

We started to work together on the program, in an early stage, and as a DMC we took care of all the communication and bookings with all the suppliers in Stockholm. Worked out all the logistics parts of the program with local knowledge of timing etc. Guides were always booked to be with the group, at all times. The incentive program took place in June. One of the most beautiful summer months in Sweden and the program was filled with unique swedish experiences around the city. WOW, this was an amazing program!
